The sub trade companies are insured and liable for their work and bound to support for 2/5/10- year warrant program. Our company is member of the warranty program and will acquire trade services for repair in case of emergency need.
The design process takes one to two month, on average, depend on the nature of construction. This includes; Topographic Survey, Architectural design, Structural design, Energy Efficiency design, Plumbing design, Design controller approval, etc. After all the designs are ready , a building application is submitted to municipalities for a acquisition of construction permit.
Building plan can be revised at two stages.
During the approval process, this will be free of charge for two times. And during the construction process. Client bear the cost of resubmitting and for municipality review and approval. All the revisions must abide by the applicable BC Building codes.
We meet at a completion of one stage out of ten stages of construction, or when necessary. Company will not entertain any visit during the construction stage. All the inquiries will be resolved before a new stage is initiated.
Client can join two meetings of architecture design process. we will inform our client to join for their input and approval of design, when needed. We love to explain our client aspects of the design and ask for their priorities.
Most buildings are completed between 8 t0 12 months. depends on the complexity of the design and nature of cash flow.
We cover three types of insurances, liability insurance, cost of construction insurance, and 2/5/10-years of warranty insurance.
We recommend solar panels instillation at the roof of the building. Renewable resources have many been social, financial benefits and is requirement of the future.
The construction site should be vacant, clean and free of all the derbies or deposits. lot should be proper graded as per plan.
